yes, you can choose a photo from your the library on your device by touching the camera icon then choosing “photo library”. Enjoy!

I downloaded it immediately and have been having boatloads of fun with it. I tweeted my results and several others have now downloaded it as well. It’s the best watercolor effect I’ve seen on an app yet. And I can definitely see application to art quilting and hand-dyeing/painting. Perfect way for me to work with my photos and turn them into a quilt design!
