I make them in conjunction with who I am giving them to (hiking group, friends’ attributes, family hobbies, etc.) This way they are very personalized to the person I am giving them to and very easy to mount over the inexpensive journals I buy on sale at the office supply stores. I pick up fragrant soap at the farmers market and wrap them with wool roving and felt away. It is fun visiting friends and seeing the soap in the powder room.
