Hi Lyric,
I used the freeform screen printed chairs that I made on scraps of fabric from your Quilt University class years ago to do your creative baby steps nudge. I did sew two scraps together, then I found two more that went well. All four wanted to be put together. I feel a series of wall quilts coming into my field of vision. I do not know where they will go as I have no set plan, but now I have my first background canvas of sorts to work with. I have a whole queen bed sized amount of squares of my chairs to choose from that I created in your class. I literally just used scraps of fabric as I was learning the process of pulling a screen print. I made the stencil of a chair from a photo I put onto flickr of a chair that I love. I know that this chair has a special meaning for me, it is in my arts and crafts room.
