My mom and I worked on a needlepoint together and she taught me to knit. Hand work is so relaxing and once it's finished you can take pride in the work because it was made with your very own hands.

When it's really good, I become one with the piece and sewing is being done, colors are being called for, lines make themselves known without much imput from Me.
